In our training, you will:

  • Master Team Dynamics: Dive deep into crucial team topics like teambuilding, psychological safety, and handling difficult situations.
  • Interactive & Applied Learning: Our training is highly interactive, with practical tools and templates you can directly apply with your teams. Practice what you learn in real time with engaging activities.

This workshop covers part of the Coaching Students Lecture. If you are interested in receiving 1 ECTS and delving deeper into the topic, the contents of the workshop will be credited, and you won’t have to repeat them.

Dr. Kerrin Weiss is a coach and founder of external pageRuby Coaching, and co-initiator of the ETH student coaching initiative external pageTeampact. She has designed and delivered coaching training for courses at ETH since 2018, including the MAVT Innovationsprojekte, MAVT Fokusprojekte, ETH Week, ETH4Dev and ARIS amongst others. She recently joined the PBLabs team to support with building capacity and training around coaching.
